Ho'oponopono
The Hawaiian art of forgiveness. I will share my experience, but to know more about it, properly, please let Joe Vitale, Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len and Mabel Katz help you. I have read Zero Limits, by Joe Vitale and Dr. Len and The Easiest Way, by Mabel Katz. As it has become more widely known, I see many people sharing the four statements, which can be used in any order.
I'm sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you.
Some reduce it to "Thank you, I love you." Joe Vitale says "I love you," continually. The goal of all these statements and various other tools Ho'oponopono offers is getting to a zero state, a clean whiteboard, as Joe Vitale likes to say. It's a way to clean and clear away all that obscures your alignment with the Divine. In this state, we are clear from the programs and memories that we usually let run our decisions and emotions, and we are in a state to receive inspiration. We don't need to set intentions and other goals, we can just go with the flow. Ho'oponopono is a way to get to that flow, to get to that open, trusting state, where inspiration flows, and action follows without question.
There is no blame and no guilt. These statements are said to the Divine. If there is an issue or incident or relationship or problem you wish to clear, you are only ever working on your own contribution (known and mostly unknown). Dr. Len stresses 100% responsibility. He explains that we do create our own reality, and that includes anything and everyone who appears to us. If we are aware of it, we created it. Healing comes through 100% responsibility. 100% responsibility leads to inner peace. It is never about healing anyone or anything else. It is only about cleaning myself. Dr. Len says he is only here to clean. Then he tells us how anything we clean in ourselves, we help to clean from everyone, everywhere. In taking 100% responsibility and cleaning, we are freeing ourselves and the others in our reality. He also says if we could really see what our cleaning does for the collective, we would never stop cleaning.
Again, it's a tool. It's one way. I am cleaning and clearing, and since you are here, in my reality now, I'm cleaning and clearing my contribution to any struggle or problem in your reality. We are both blessed by your presence. Thank you. I love you.
Teachings in A Course in Miracles align with this. Nothing outside me can hurt me. I only ever attack myself. One problem (believing in separation). One solution (joining as One).
