Release
Release is not a five minute fix, but rather a way of living, moment to moment, day to day. As you begin to release, you will
begin to see more easily when you are choosing to hold on to something that doesn’t serve you.
I am not done releasing, myself, but I know I’m holding a lot less. The evidence for me is visible and invisible. I respond, rather than react, most times, and very often am consciously aware of this as it is happening. And I have a lovely inner calm that I can easily find if I begin to stray.
I’m not in a permanent state of bliss, but I do enjoy life with much less drama and a lot more love. I know I am perfect, yet evolving, knowing that perfection is not a place or a destination, but a description of our Holy Self that can never change.
